Greystone Affordable Development Receives 9% Tax Credit From NCHFA

Greystone Affordable Development was awarded $12 million in total housing tax credits from the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency for the new development of Arbor Village Apartments in Wilson, NC. Arbor Village will feature 84 brand new apartment homes designated to affordable housing for ages 55 and over. Groundbreaking of this new community will take place in 2023. Greystone Affordable Development is excited to partner once again with Weaver Kirkland Development, as we work together to bring this much needed affordable housing to the Wilson community.
