Started with Harmony Housing Affordable Development, successor to Greystone Affordable Development: 2023
Aimee joined Harmony Housing Affordable Development as an Business Development Associate in 2023 where she performed initial analysis and financial modeling on potential affordable housing opportunities. Recently, Aimee transitioned to a Development Associate role on the Development team. Aimee previously worked at SC Housing as an Underwriter and LIHTC Program Coordinator. Prior to working in affordable housing, Aimee’s history shows experience in accounting, program coordination, and grant management.
Aimee graduated from Western Carolina University with a BS in Anthropology and received a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from Columbia College in Columbia, SC. At Western, Aimee was an active member of Alpha Kappa Psi, a professional business fraternity.
Aimee enjoys roller skating and has a small roller skate collection.
